All information that is stored forms the core of our rating of services to people who contact the hotline. Personally, Identifiable Information will in no way be reviewed without the explicit, documented consent of any person and will only be disclosed to service providers who assist us in achieving our core responsibilities. In addition, such service providers may use such information only for the purposes for which we have instructed them.

Use of information

In addition to providing services, the Human Trafficking Network may use or share collected information from cases reported to the Hotline to analyze trends, report on such trends or publish heatmaps.

Notification of policy changes

We reserve the right to change, modify or supplement our privacy policy and tips to protect the ethical standards provided or to meet the evolving needs of digital advocacy. Notification of changes to the human trafficking network privacy policy will be posted on the human trafficking network website or other appropriate location to properly inform users of digital services about these changes.
